PLYM COTTAGE

Plym Cottage is laid out in an “upside-down” format, with living spaces on the upper floor and bedrooms on the lower floor. The entrance is approached by three quite steep steps (with guardrails) and opens into the large kitchen diner on the upper floor. This in turns leads into the lounge area with wood-burning stove. A notable feature of these rooms is the high vaulted ceiling and exposed oak beams.  Downstairs there is the master bedroom with double-bed and en-suite shower room, second bedroom with king-size bed (which can be split into two single beds on request), third bedroom with two single beds plus family bathroom.The bathroom includes a small P-shaped bath with shower over.

It should be noted that the downstairs rooms are quite compact due to the constraints imposed by the original barn.
